The vineyards are South/southeast to southwest facing on moraine debris and limestone gravel soil, guyot trained. On arrival at the winery, cold maceration for three days and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in barrique-tonneau. Assemblage takes place after about a year, and then it is matured for another six months in large oak barrels.~|~42_52~|~43_6~|~3_51.05~|~8_2
