Light ruby red with brilliant reflections and white rim. The bouquet is fairly bright, with sour cherry and wild strawberry fruit supported by heather and floral accents, and by pleasant vegetal acidity. On the palate it's fairly rich, with bright sour cherry fruit supported by moderate mineral acidity.

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested from 15 year old vines situated in the Bardolino, Lazise, San Giorgio in Salici and Salionze Custoza vineyards. After fermentation partial malolactic fermentation takes place, the wine is then aged in steel tanks for 3 months with a further 1 month in bottle before release.
