Delicate hints of cherry and violet on the nose. Dry, savoury with hints of almonds, full-flavoured, bitter, harmonious and subtle.
Vinification: The alcoholic fermentation lasts for a period of 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26°C. At the end of the fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins by a soft pressing.
