A lovely, typical wine from this region. Rich, fragrant, damson fruit on the nose.
Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested from 8 to 15 year old vines in vineyards located in Bardolino, Lazise and S.Giorgio in Salice. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with partial malolactic fermentation and there the wine remains for a period of 5 months for ageing.
