Brilliant with a deep red colour; intense and complex aromas of smooth spices and cooked red fruit (blackberry), smooth and fat palate, present but soft tannins.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested at high maturity and entirely destemmed. After a cold prefermentation, fermentation is achieved at controlled temperature. Maceration lasts during 3 to 4 weeks, and then the wine is aged in tank for 12 months.
