Intense red ruby colour with violet tints. A complex bouquet with various notes of raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries with a gentle touch of vanilla, liquorice, spicy aromas of cinnamon and cloves. Velvety, luscious and full-bodied, warm and captivating, with harmonious and round tannins, shows a well merged freshness with gentle notes. Pleasant and long aftertaste closing on tones of fruit and spices.

Vinification: The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are hand harvested in the first week of October. They are then removed from their stalks, gently crushed and the must is fermented at controlled temperatures of 26-28ºC while in contact with the skin, for 15 days. Ageing in oak lasts about 16 months followed by refining in the bottle for a further 6 months.
