Deep ruby red with garnet tinges. Intense and stylish on the nose, with pleasant hints of red berries, Mediterranean spices and herbs. Palate is warm, well-rounded with good structure and perfect balance.
Vinification: The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation with maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature between 25 and 28°C. It's then transferred to fiberglass-lined concrete, where the malolactic fermentation takes place. A full year of ageing in small French oak barrels is followed by an additional 12-month refinement in bottle.
