  • For fans of Italian wine in general this is a must try - for fans of Sardinian wine you will no doubt already know about this beauty with its ripe fruit, cherries blackberries, a little white pepper spice with a hint balsamic and of vanilla from the oak. Great structure, fresh and lightly mineral, good tannins and well balanced. Best decanted for a couple of hours before serving with an array of savoury foods, cheeses and meats with fruit sauces.
