Ruby red in colour, with aromas of plum, blackberry and black cherry. Hints of bitter chocolate, ginger spice and black tea. On the palate, it's fruity and balanced with a lingering finish.
Vinification: After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are selected and crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing on fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
