Bright Rose colour with purple hues. Intense fruit flavours reminiscent of cherry and blackcurrant with a hint of white flowers on the nose. Medium bodied and smooth with a silky finish.
Vinification: Cold maceration at controlled temperature for 6 to 8 hours followed by a very soft pressing. Fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 4 months in tank before release.
