Intense gold in colour. The bouquet is full of diverse and flattering aromas. On the palate, dominant notes of apricot and citrus fruits give way to spicy aromas of pepper and gingerbread, butter, cream and tobacco. The full-bodied structure of the wine combines with the subtlety of the mousse and the delicate freshness on the palate.

Vinification: As an emblem of the tradition, the Brut 'Ideale Cuvee' is a champagne with a great finesse and balance as result of the blend of three great varieties of grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Delicate and light, always loyal to its style, pleasantly fruity, ideal for either an aperitif or a celebration.
