Bright yellow with glints of green. Fruity aromas or ripe apple, melon and banana. Fresh, juicy and persistent on the palate. 2 to 3 years storing potential.
Vinification: Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested, at the end of September to mid-October, from 5 to 30 year old vines located in Eppan & Kaltern. The vineyards are 400-500m a.s.l, Southeast to Southwest facing. Soils are limestone gravel and moraine debris. Fermentation and partial malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
