Straw yellow in colour, with floral fragrances and fruity hints of banana. In the mouth it is smooth and balanced.
Vinification: The Chardonnay is harvested in the first decade of August, the Malvasia in the first decade of September. After a short maceration and a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments at a temperature of 14°C in steel tanks. After the refinement on lees for about 3 months the wine is bottled. It matures for at least 2 months in steel tanks.
