Refreshing and crisp with hints of tropical fruit salad, pineapple and lemon on the nose. The pineapple follows on the palate with peaches and cream flavours and a zesty finish, with a lingering sensation of wild honey.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed and lightly crushed (in a membrane press) and settled in stainless steel tanks. Prevented from undergoing malolactic fermentation to ensure crisp acidity.
