A well structured, well balanced wine with ripe cherry fruit and raspberries on the nose and a rich, savoury character on the palate. Smooth and velvety tannins follow with a good length.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Lucarelli area of Radda in Chianti. After hand harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures of 23 degrees on the skins for 22 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place wooden barriques and finally released after long period in bottle for refinement.
