Straw yellow in colour, with a delicate fruity and flowery bouquet. Savoury taste, elegant and harmonius.
Vinification: The hand harvested grapes are soft pressed by a pneumatic press on arrival at the winery. The 'must' then ferments for about 20 days at 18 °C. After a short period of maturation in tank,the wine is bottled after micro-filtration.
