Bright ruby red with purple reflections. Its nose captivates with hints of blackberry, morello cherry, rose and mulberry. On the palate, it shows a pleasant and elegant personality, with a good structure, perfectly balanced between freshness and smoothness.
Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house, where they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature betweeen 22 and 26ºC, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days. It ages in the bottle for 3 months.
