Characterised by its intense and complex bouquet, with aromas reminiscent of Asian spices, the delicate scent of roses and exotic fruits. Vigorous, with subtle residual sugar, it stands out for its pleasantness and guarantees an enchanting drink even after many years.

Vinification: A popular grape variety, native to this region. The wine is produced from vineyards located between the Eppan & Tramin hills. The vines are aged between 10 to 30 years. The grapes were hand harvested in early to mid-September, with maceration followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation and development in stainless-steel tanks
