A dry white wine with attractive structure, straw yellow in colour with evident green reflections; a wonderful intense fragrance of exotic fruits, pineapple and citrus, a balanced acidic vein and slightly bitter finish.
Vinification: Vinified from free-run juice after a brief cryomaceration at cold temperatures in stainless steel and kept on fine lees until bottling.
