Golden yellow in colour with a bouquet of exotic fruits, banana and almond. Persistent, intense, structured, soft and elegant, with aromas ranging from apricot and peach to honey and candied fruit.
Vinification: The grapes are picked manually with rigorous selection in the early morning and are soft pressed while the must is naturally decanted. Fermentation takes place in small new French oak barrels and matures until the March following the grape harvest. There follows a light final clarification before bottling. The wine then spends 6 to 8 months in bottle before release.
