Ruby red with garnet reflections. The bouquet is intense, with notes of cinnamon, rhubarb, black fruit jelly and hints of mocha. Good structure and velvety on the palate, showing smooth and elegant tannins alongside a balanced sapidity.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested in September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats between 10 and 18 days, with a further maturation in steel and cement for about 3 weeks.
