Bright straw yellow in coulour. Intense and complex, ranging from flowery to fruity, with hints of nuts. Dry, full-bodied and well-balanced, with long flavour.
Vinification: The alcoholic fermentation is conducted in stainless steel at low temperature followed by, when necessary, malolactic fermentation. The wine is then fined for 6 months, one part in French barriques and the other part in stainless steel tanks. Bottling takes place between May and June.
