The name Servaj means wild, reflecting the character of Italy's vine-and-forest covered Roero hills where this delicious favorita (the local name for the vermentino grape) is grown. Lemon green in colour, with an intense bouquet of orange and fresh citrus peel. Perfumed, fresh and dry, with an appetising salty character. The wine has good balance between fruit and acidity and has a very refreshing finish.

Vinification: Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, followed bi its maturation. It ages in bottle before being released.
