Cherry red in colour with notes of raspberries, strawberries and roses on the nose. The bouquet is extremely intense and immediate, with flowers and fruity notes reminiscent of wild strawberries. This wine is sweet, aromatic and fruity to the tongue.

Vinification: Malvasia is an ancient aromatic red grape of Piedmont, whose production is limited to the area of lower Monferrato bordering the hills of Turin. The Malvasia grapes are hand harvested in the 2nd half of September. Partial fermentation of the must takes place until a 5.5% alcohol volume is obtained. The wine is stored in tank before bottling and release.
