Full-bodied wine, its bouquet is rich in typical scents of fruits, flowers and spices: violets, blueberries and pepper. The taste is harmonious and balanced, with good freshness and well-integrated tannins.
Vinification: The harvest takes place in the first half of October. It undergoes maceration on skins for 20 days, followed by both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. It matures in the bottle before being released.
