Bright straw yellow, with fine persistent bubbles. The nose is intense, aromatic and varietal, with fruity hints of apricot and linden blossom. Sweet, light on the palate, with good acidity and a long, fresh finish.

Vinification: The white Moscato grapes were harvested from estate vineyards located in the Tre Stelle district of the village of Treiso in early September. The grapes undergo gentle pressing before fermenting at a controlled temperature in pressure tanks until the alcohol reaches 5% by vol. The temperature is then reduced to stop fermentation, the wine remains on its fine lees for around 2 months.
