The wine has a characteristic cherry-red colour. Fruty and floral and the nose, with aromas of rose, geranium, strawberry and cherry. In the mouth it is fresh and well-structured, with lively acidity and a persistent fruity finish.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested in the first decade of September. After a short maceration the very best of the must is extracted. It is fermented at low temperature in steel tanks. Refinement in steel tanks for at least 3 months and 1 in the bottle before release.
