Fresh and fragrant white, with fruity and floral aromas. Balanced and intensity on the palate, crispy, mineral with flavors of yellow fruit. Good gustatory intensity and excellent acidity, which guarantees a very pleasant drinkability.

Vinification: The harvested grapes are used in the winemaking process; the latter begins with cold maceration on the skins for 10 hours at 5/6°C. The alcoholic fermentation of the must is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14/16°C in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to age before being finally marketed.
