Bright yellow in colour with glints of green. Fruity aromas of ripe apple and pear. Balanced, refined and pleasant.
Vinification: The Pinot Grigio grapes are hand harvested from early to mid September. The grapes are selected from Southeast & Southwest facing vineyard locations in the St Michael and Kaltern areas. 400 tp 500 a.s.l. Fermentation and partial malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
