Deep red in colour with an intense nose of blackberry and plum. Medium in body, notes of black cherry and tobacco on the palate with a pleasant and lingering finish.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested at the end of September. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine matures in steel tanks for a minimum of 3 months and a further 2 months in bottle before release.
