Intense red in colour. Scents of fruits such as cherries and black fruits complemented by undertones of cocoa, tobacco and dried plums. Medium to full body, velvety on the palate with flavours that continue to evolve into the finish.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested in the second decade of September after a short period of over ripening. Both maceration and fermentation take place in steel tanks for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature between 20 and 22°C. The wine matures in steel for at least 2 months with a further 2 months in the bottle.
