Garnet-red with violet reflections, it has an intense and pleasant bouquet. Herbaceous notes with hints of blackberry. Full bodied with a long, pleasant aftertaste.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes, at the winery, gentle de-stemming followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures of 23°C on the skins for 18 days. 30% of the wine is matured in Allier barriques, and 70% in steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16°C. There follows a further long period of refining in the bottle.
