Bright yellow with hints of green. Aromas of white peach and apricot. Mineral notes on the palate. Refreshing, elegant and balanced

Vinification: The vines are 5 to 20 years old located in vineyards in Montiggl, situated above the large Montiggler Lake (480-550ml a.s.l). Grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by development on the lees for another five months.
