This wine has a gold yellow color. Its bouquet is intense with clear notes of exotic fruit, banana and pear. The flavour is soft, slightly fruity, mellow and harmonious.
Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested in the 2nd half of September from the âMonfrigioâ vineyard in Castellinaldo. The grapes are destemmed and crushed on arrival at the winery and fermentation takes place at between 16 to 18°. The wine is then stored in tanks for a few months before bottling.
