Crystal clear and pale yellow in color. Very perfumed bouquet, with aromas of exotic fruits, crunchy red apple and hints of floral notes. In the mouth, it has a fresh acidity with similar notes to the nose.

Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, followed by maturation in steel vats and ageing in bottle.
