Deep yellow in colour, with notes of exotic fruit, apple, pear, almond and vanilla. It ends with a moothwatering and almost salty finish. It's an elegant and long lasting wine.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place between cement and small French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 16°C. It matures in stainless steel tanks and French oak barriques for about 6 months, followed by ageing in the bottle for a few months before being released.
