'Five Roses' was first produced in 1943 and was the first Rosato wine to be bottled in Italy. Crystalline red cherry colour, it enchants with fruity scents of cherry and strawberry. These delightful notes continue on the palate, complimented by fresh, crisp acidity, good structure and smooth texture.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested in the first decade of September. After a short pressing, it undergoes a cold maceration for several hours, followed by extraction of the juice and fermentation at controlled temperature between 14°C and 16°C. The wine matures in steel tanks for at least 2 months with a further month ageing in bottle.
