Medium ruby red with purple highlights. Finely fragrant and fruity on the nose, including black cherries, blackberries and plums accompanied by subtle notes of liquorice. Taut, juicy and perfectly structured on the palate. The aromas of the nose are confirmed by the flavours on the palate, integrated by a fine texture and smooth tannins. The finish is lively and persistant.

Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo a maceration lasting two weeks in large wooden vats. Six months of ageing then takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by another three months in large wooden barrels.
