Red colour tending to purple at the rim. Notes of red berries and well-ripened cherry melding impressively into subtler impressions of violet. Long and intense. dry and sapid, its supple tannins and the alcoholic warmth create an admirable balance.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested both by hand and by machine. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and the maceration on the skins takes place at controlled temperature. It matures partly in steel tanks, partly in cement and partly in oak barrels.
