With a yellow colour with green highlights, this Sauvignon offers an intense nose of exotic fruits, white flowers and subtle notes of blackcurrant buds. In the mouth, its vivacity is completed by a nice minerality and a fruity expression of good length.

Vinification: This cuvée comes from a clay-limestone terroir. The grapes are harvested from plots at good maturity in night harvests. Upon arrival at the cellar, they undergo direct pressing.
