A delicate cedar-wood nose with a touch of polish and bright berries. Low acid and tannin levels leave the flavour having to do much of the work.
Vinification: The Shiraz grapes are carefully selected, soft pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks using modern winemaking techniques.
