Intense straw yellow colour. On the nose fruit hints of pear, banana and apricot. Good presence of flower flavours as lavender and white flowers beside spicy hints in particular sage. The palate is fresh with pleasant aromas and at the same time very balance. A long fresh finish with a good aromatic and mineral character.

Vinification: The final blend for Poggio ai Ginepri is 70% Vermentino, 10% Viognier and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented exclusively in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature; afterwards the wine is blended before the final bottling.
