Fresh, smooth and well-balanced. It's pleasant, refreshing and easy drinking. Elegant perfumes of peach, fresh fruits and white flowers emerge from an harmonious texture, with savoury aromas.

Vinification: The wine undergoes cold maceration on the skins for 10 hours at 5/6°C. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stailess steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14/16°C.
