Soft straw-yellow in colour with greenish tinges. Intense primary aromas and flavours or apricots and peaches with notes of melon, almond and honey. Lively, fresh, rich, balanced, delicate, fine.
Vinification: Is Argiolas is a selection of 100% Vermentino from the oldest vineyards in the Argiolas Estate. The grapes are harvested later than the Costamolino Vermentino to obtain fuller body and ripe fruit flavours and aged for 6-8 months on the lees. The wine is vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks (for 25 to 30 days at low temperatures) to retain freshness and vibrancy.
