Straw yellow in colour with green hues. Intense and fragrant, with aromas of exotic fruits, lychees, pineapple, rennet apple and herbs. Fruity, fresh and savoury on the palate, with citrus and mineral notes that return in a very pleasant and persistent finish.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 10-20 days; maturation in stainless steel for 5-6 months, in bottle for 2 months.
