Brilliant dark orange colour. Subtle aromas and flavours of red cherry and pink flowers, clean and fresh on the palate. Very aromatic and balanced taste, with a slightly salty finish.
Vinification: Short cold maceration on the grape skins at a controlled temperature of 10°C. A soft pressing of the whole grapes is carried out in order to extract around 40% of the must. After one night of static fermentation, the wine is transferred into stainless steel tanks for 4 months, followed by ageing in the bottle.
