The first wine from the Cusumano Estate and the first wine to win Tre Bicchieri at Italy's prestigious Gambero Rosso competition with its very first vintage. Named after the biblical Noah, who legend has it was the first man to make wine, Noa is a big wine in every sense and arguably one of Sicily's greatest red wines. A red with firm and velvety tannins. Lots of blueberries, chocolate and hints of coffee beans. Full body, firm and silky tannins and a delicious finish.

Vinification: South to South East facing vines with an average age of 15 years. The grapes (40% Néro d'Avola, 30% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon) are manually harvested in the first 10 days of September. Destemming and fermentation at controlled temperatures of 28-30 degrees for 10 to 15 days in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation in barrique and ageing in the same barriques for 12 months with successive fining in bottle.
