This refreshing Rose has a subtle, understated salmon-pink colour with bluish tints. It has an expressive nose, delicious notes of candied fruit, tart citrus flavours with a zesty acidity and delightful savoury notes.
Vinification: As soon as the grapes arrive at the winery, the whole bunches are placed in a pneumatic press to gently release the juice. Normally taking 3 to 4 hours, while the grapes are pressed the skin colour, tannin and flavours leach into the juice. After pressing, the light pink juice is pumped into a stainless steel tank for fermentation to begin. Fermentation takes place in tank and malolactic fermentation is stopped in order to keep the wine light and fresh.
